Purchases

Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their terms govern the payment transaction; they handle payment data, taxes, and invoices. Your use of the theme you purchase is governed by the Summit Theme License Agreement included in the download.

License, in plain English

• Single License ($129): build and run one production website, for yourself or one client.
• Building more than one site? It's one license per production website.
• The license is perpetual: what you download is yours to keep using forever.
• Updates and email support are included for 12 months, then optional renewal.
• You may not resell or redistribute the theme itself as a template, starter, or generator.

Refunds

14-day refund policy. Because the theme is source code that cannot be returned, refunds may be declined for abuse (for example, refunding after deploying a production site). Email [email protected] to request one.
